My Philosophy
I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. Everyone has the ability to reconnect to all parts of their true selves, to heal and grow. I am here to help you achieve that.
My Experience
I am Canada's first certified Nature Connected Coach, a Parts Work facilitator and a Shamanic Practitioner. I work with clients from all walks of life, helping them navigate through life's challenges.
My Services
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops and ceremonies and classes. My areas of expertise include Parts Work Facilitation, Nature Connection, Soul Retrieval and Intuitive Healing.
Nature Connected Coaching
Blend personal growth with nature's wisdom, using mindfulness and nature to help you reconnect with your true nature. Experience reduced stress, greater self-awareness, emotional healing, a deeper sense of purpose, resilience and empowerment.

Parts Work Facilitation
A therapeutic approach that helps you identify and engage with different parts of yourself, each influencing your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Regain control of your life with radical self acceptance and self awareness.
Shamanic Practitioner Services
Intuitive healing- accessing information by intuitive means to determine the root cause of an issue, whether it’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
Soul retrieval- a way to return soul parts that have left us due to trauma.
