A 5-hour immersive experience into Partswork, nature connection, and your own inner world.

This workshop is an introduction to the work—and more importantly, an introduction to yourself.
You'll learn about Parts Work (NOT IFS), discover the different parts driving your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and start building relationships with them.
We'll also explore nature connection practices that help you access deeper self-awareness and grounding.
This isn't a lecture. It's experiential, intimate, and it shifts things.

What you'll experience
In these 4 hours, you'll:
✨ Connect with your deepest self through guided meditation
✨ Understand what's really driving your patterns and behaviours
✨ Discover your inner landscape through Partswork mapping
✨ Learn practical tools you can use immediately
✨ Experience a tangible shift in how you relate to yourself
✨ Meet others on the same journey (small, intimate group)
A quick note: This Partswork is not Internal Family Systems/IFS. Your parts are unique to you—we won't put them in predetermined boxes. And no, this isn't Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). Everyone naturally has parts; this work helps them communicate and collaborate.
You'll leave with:
- A map of your inner landscape
- Understanding of your primary parts and their roles
- Tools to continue the work on your own
- Clarity about whether you want to go deeper (with private coaching)
