It's survival. Those parts take with them things we need: joy, innocence, trust, vitality, creativity. We carry on without them, but we feel the absence. We feel incomplete. Disconnected. Like something essential is missing. Soul retrieval is the practice of finding those lost parts and bringing them home. It's gentle. Sacred. And it can change everything. ## When Might You Need A Soul Retrieval? ### You might benefit from soul retrieval if: \- You feel like *something essential is missing* but you can't name what \- You've experienced *trauma* (even if you think it "wasn't that bad") \- You feel *disconnected from joy, creativity, or vitality* \- You have a sense of *not being fully present* in your own life \- You've done a lot of healing work but still feel *something's not right* \- You experience *gaps in memory* from certain periods of your life \- You feel like *a part of you stayed in the past* ## What To Expect ### Before the session: After you book, I'll send you information to help you prepare. Soul retrieval works best when you're mentally, emotionally, and spiritually ready to welcome these parts home. ### During the session:  \- We'll begin with a conversation about what you're experiencing and what might have caused soul loss \- I'll enter a shamanic journey to locate and retrieve the soul parts that are ready to return \- I'll bring them back and help you welcome them home \- We'll discuss what returned, what it means, and how to integrate these parts. ### After the session:  *After the session:* Integration is everything. The days and weeks after soul retrieval can be tender. You might feel more whole, but also more vulnerable as you relearn how to be with these returned parts. I'll give you integration practices and support.   ### Important Notes  *This can only be done once every 3+ months.*  Soul retrieval is powerful medicine. Your system needs time to integrate what's returned before we do more retrieval work. *You may need more than one session over time.* Not all parts return at once. Some need more time or different circumstances to feel safe coming home. *This is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.*  If you're in crisis or dealing with acute mental health challenges, please work with a therapist or doctor. Soul retrieval is complementary to those modalities, not a replacement. ![Shamanic hand drum, beater with a tree](https://www.firrealnature.com/hs-fs/hubfs/tamas-sandor-cviBBQE53dM-unsplash%20(1).jpg?width=1333&height=2000&name=tamas-sandor-cviBBQE53dM-unsplash%20(1).jpg "Shamanic hand drum, beater with a tree") ### Testimonials *I woke up the next morning feeling validated and hopeful. I felt like a piece of me had healed and I was able to let go of something I had been holding onto for many years.* *- L. * *I continue to try and integrate all parts of my soul and am SOOOOO grateful for you. Thank you for the experience. -R* * I had a moment where I was so relaxed it was like oh this is what it should feel like- W* ### Investment *$120 per session* (60-90 minutes) Includes email recap and followup. *Note:* Can be repeated every 3+ months as needed. ## Gift Soul Retrieval Soul retrieval makes a profound gift for someone you love who's ready for deep healing.
